What is the cost to my institute?

There is no cost to your academic institute for certificate verification through SnapCert platform, if the records are already digitized. SnapCert provides APIs for integration with institute databases.

What about Data Privacy?

Institutions are the custodian of their data and have 100% control over it. Data cannot be accessed by anyone outside the Institute. Certificate verification can be done only by the registered users after verification of their credentials through Blockchain.

My Institute gets paid for verification, will this stop because of SnapCert?

No, Your institute will continue to get paid through SnapCert. Payment process would be automated which would bring efficiency and transparency in the entire process.

Our previous certificates records are not digital, will you also digitise?

We offer digitization services which includes scanning using specialized industrial scanners, data extraction using OCR/AI and data management using DMS. You can request for a special quote based on your requirements

Can I issue Certificates on SnapCert and where will they be stored?

Certificates can be generated and issued through SnapCert platform. It includes Certification Process, Certificate Printing, Certificate Inssuance, Certificate Re-assessment and Issuance of Duplicate Certificate. While deploying you can customize your storage options or choose our recommendations.

We already have a software in place for issuing certificates, can we still use SnapCert?

Yes, it is not necessary to make changes to your existing systems and processes. Your existing systems can be integrated with SnapCert for verification process. However SnapCert offers a very efficient and automated process for generation and issuance of certificates, which can save significant cost for an Academic Institute.
